I see so many people posting great photos of their insects and macros, it inspired me to throw one up. I have very little knowledge of types of insects so correct me if I am wrong, I believe this to be a Milkweed Beetle?
Anyway, found this little guy among countless others on one of my favorite walks back in April. I think I did OK with this shot. I never tried shooting insects so feedback is welcome.

Looks great! Great color, composition, depth of field, and focus, Checks all my boxes. I think it would also work well in a vertical orientation.
