Would say it's more turquoise than blue :) Well I love to play with colors on the photo, but it's a hard thing to master (i'm nowhere mastering it anyways). To me original is better too :( but try more, with some more practice you will get results better than original I'm sure! :) Cheers and good luck :)
Yeah, practice is key when it comes to color toning. Developing a color tone that is consistent in our photography is like the holy grail that most of us want to pursue. You are right, turquoise is the color I should have said. By the way, I like the natural tones in your photos.

As part of my practice, I have updated my AFTER picture. I`ve done it based on the feedback given by my fellow photographers.
