I passed this place on my way to an appointment yesterday, and I just knew I wanted to photograph it on my way home. That's precisely what I did.

I like that you darkened the background a touch. Besides removing the imperfections I'd suggest you try to smooth the transitions on her face, both shadow rolloff and skin colour. Hope that helps :)
