Self Portrait was taken during COVID - 19 Isolation. This is a baroque inspired portrait, created to look painterly. I am greatly inspired by the old masters and thought I would capture the feeling of longing to return back to our old normal, during this modern day plague.
Recently, I taught an Off Camera Flash class. Paige was my model for the class. We were outdoors but it started to rain. Luckily, a nearby restaurant let us conduct the class in their dining room.

Seriously, though, very nice work. I like it a lot. I think I'd like to see a bit of depth into the background, but I do like this work.
