Photo of my granddaughter using three speedlights, two were placed in 24"X24" Godox softboxes, main was speedlight with umbrella, all speedlights were Shanny SN600N, Nikon D610 with Tamaron 70mm-200mm f2.8. The two softboxes were placed behind and to the side of subject.
I must admit I have been lax in both my shooting and posting recently, perhaps due to the fact my wife has now retired, and we are spending a LOT more time together doing various activities.
I wanted to see how my 50 year old Canon FD 800mm f/5.6 s.s.c. would handle photographing both the Sun and the Moon.

Her skin looks really weird to me, otherwise it's a good photo. :)
Not sure what that means, but thanks for the comment. The image is a bit on the soft side due to being downloaded from my facebook page. In the future I will only upload original images.
I think what he might mean is that the skin is over smoothed. That's how it looks to me.
I agree...the smoothing a little much, but nice lighting.
Lighting is nice but someone so young surely does not need so much photoshopping? It is well done, just too much, in my opinion.

Ok yes I do agree about the smoothing it's a bit too much. I achieved my goal as far as the lighting setup. This is great feedback and thanks.
