Lonely Poppy
Hope you'll like this first pic from me! This was taken mid-june in Valensole France, I was checking how the lavanda would be this year and I saw this poppy alone in the field...

Such perfect composition... even without the poppy it would have been a striking landscape with the symmetry of the crop either side of the central row, but the poppy lifts it to a special place.
