Unfortunately I think the composition is a bit bland and no amount of lightroom is gonna save it =/ On the bottom right you have a barren parking area, the two trees in the middle are not really photogenic, and neither is the big concrete viaduct. I hope I'm not too harsh.

I like the coloring in the sky, but this is casting magenta onto the rest of the image. I think you could apply a grad filter and mask out all but the sky.
I have no problem with the viaduct (acting as a lead-in) but agree with Nick that the two large pine trees are not positioned well in the frame. If you could have take a few steps to the right that would have positioned them more to the left and provided a more balanced and pleasing composition.
Otherwise I think the composition can be improved by cropping 20% from the left, creating more of a square image.
