I like it. It has something magical to it. But I think you can maybe push it even a bit further. (I did some tries with a bit of hue control and dodge & burning, if you want to see.)
Not a lot actually. The oranges are pulled a bit to the red, the greens are pulled a bit to the blue. Some dodge and burning allows to focus the light on the foreground and the waterfall in the background to lead the eye.
ALOT brighter to me added some more depth it looks great! I like what you did, but y'all both did great ,you know this is what I love about photography everyone see colors different and everyone has different ideas, and some are better and some aren't but at least you get to see what that person had in mind.....
