Since moving to Dubai my approach to photography has changed. The reason being rules. Although photography is a very big thing here the rules can be rather challenging. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time, not knowing if you are allowed to shoot or use a tripod, as its not very clear at times. The key thing is all about networking and who you know. I am slowly getting there. As I am here to stay I need to be very careful not to upset anyone and follow the rules to the best I can. Don't expect many greenery like my standard ones!
Synthetic paradise! Beautiful photos, Imran. of a place that to my eye looks alien to humanity. I hope you enjoy your stay, though. Each to his or her own.
Thank you, Chris, it takes time to change what you have been used to for over a decade. Once I get my camping gear here ill be heading to the desert to try some astro. Let's see what comes of it. Stay blessed my friend!
Fantastic images Imran! I like diversity and colorfulness of Dubai
despite all the weirdness, as Chris says - as CGI game.
Beautiful shots Imran! I been thinking about a trip to Dubai. Been planning how to get access to good locations. See on airbnb that there is many apartments high up with balconies with good views. Besides that is there any hotel you think would be a good choice concerning good photo compositions?
