Scott, I can understand the "green" effect. For this picture, I think the overall idea in B&W works. It is a bit dark in the shadows though, and for me the two trees dead center kind of dominate the picture.
Agreed - interesting idea! I also think the two trees in the center are distracting. Great clarity though! I'd love to see a follow up!
