Hi David - we've had a lot of chats here about 'real color' when it comes to water. I fall on the "not yellow" side but that is just an opinion. I do love the composition and the overall image here though. It will be interesting to hear what others say.
It does remind me of beer and sausages, David! Sometimes what we know is real is hard to convince other is real. But I believe you!
I do like the dynamism and composition here.
More seriously, I've got plenty of waterfall and stream images I wouldn't print or post because of the water being stained shades of yellow or brown from mineral or plant sources. They generally don't appeal to people as much as blues and greens. Sometimes if light catches jets of such water, they can have a golden glow. Reflected skylight can provide a complementary colour contrast, which adds visual interest. The light here is diffuse, making things look a little two-dimensional. Keep posting!
