Hi there!
To be honest, I don' think a good edit can really save this image, but it's always fun to see what you all can come up with.
I scouted this location/ composition in the afternoon and made the decision that it had to be a morning shoot (it would actually be really good at night too, but I did't have the right gear to pull that off). So I evenually found the general area I wanted to shoot from and started looking for compositions. Here's where I made my mistake. I settled on something that a) was too wide, and more imprtantly, b) only worked with the light & shadows of the afternoon sun. I've uploaded the scouting shot as well so you see what I mean. That one is still too wide, but the foreground makes more sense. I think a lot in abstact shapes when it comes to compositions, and in this case those shapes were very dependant on the angle of the sun. Something else to keep in mind for the next shoot.
Cheers!
Yup send me the raw through wetransfer.com josephjamesstudios@gmail.com
Sweet! Files are on their way, sent you a jpg, raw and psd. It's a bit tricky because I already blended 5 or so raws to get decent light, so the raw will look a bit different. Enjoy ;)
I’d love to try a shot also. Raw only

Got it. I think people should do this often! I'd love to see what people would do with my raw files compared to me. Thanks Lukas.
