I think it’s great. Would’ve loved to see a bit more where that hush of water is coming from, just for context. Otherwise i really like it. Can we see the original by any chance ? Just curious where you had to start before the one we see here.
The water is actually a retreating wave. I tried a landscape version of this image but that was not working. And more over the lens was not wide enough. .

I actually find my eye anchored on the bright water lower right. For me the image would be elevated if the whites were brought down a little in that area and slightly increased in the bright patch mid-left.
That would help guide the viewer through the frame to the beautiful sunset and make better i=use of the leading lines framed by the rocks.
That's my personal perspective, and of course you/others may disagree.
