Landscape images often take a fair bit of post-processing to achieve the look you want, and so, anywhere you can make your workflow a bit more efficient can add up to big savings. That being said, the more powerful the technique, the easier it is to go overboard with it and end up with an overly artificial or gaudy result. I generally like to step away from my computer for a minute or two when I'm done with a batch of images, then come back with fresh eyes and evaluate them one more time before I export them all.
