Valle de Pineta — Two Cows in the Mist, Ordesa y Monte Perdido

Two Pyrenean cows resting in the Valle de Pineta, Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, with the head of the valley disappearing into cloud behind them. The waterfall on the upper face of the massif was running hard after summer rains — you can just make it out through the mist in the upper right of the frame. I'd gone into the valley specifically for the mountain photography and came back with this instead. Shot with the Nikon D5500 wide open to separate the cows from the mountain while keeping enough of the background to establish the scale.
