I always wear my boots while photographing nature in the off occasion I "have" to get in water for the shot. This was one of those occasions! I set up 6 inches deep in water and I had to hold my breath to not disturb the water at my feet. 25 seconds feels like an eternity when I am excited to see the shot and can't breathe!
The green orange and pink in the sky is called airglow which is the "natural glowing" of our earth's atmosphere. Sunlight is absorbed by molecules in the atmosphere and when theses molecules have excess energy they either give off the energy in the form of light or color.
