Mt. Hood, the Elliot Glacier, and the Cooper Spur shelter. At 6800 ft with a backpack full of gear for two cameras, I was huffing and puffing on this hike ready for my heart to quit pounding in my ears at every step. After setting up for the night my buddy and I ended up getting cold enough to where we spent a good amount of time in that shelter. Clouds came and went and every now and then we would get a glimpse of the milky way.
Two lights were used for lighting the shelter. My cell phone was the light source for the inside and the outside was lit by a single lumecube on a very low level.
