Pictured here is the milky way over Mt. Hood taken in the Mt. Hood Wilderness. I took this image in summer back when the nights were still "warm" and the clouds were not combative for clear night photography.
This is a blue hour/milky way blend where I never moved the camera or changed lenses. The photos I used to make the final were taken roughly 4 hours apart between blue hour and when the milky way rose into position.
