The Little One

Just about every week I get to see a pack of 4 deer strolling around my backyard looking for tasty greens. I have had the pleasure of watching this little fawn grow all winter with it's momma and by now I think we have all become friends. As all the adult deer left my yard, the baby lingered underneath one of my apple trees to keep nibbling on tasty bark until momma deer interrupted and demanded that they leave. Before ducking through the hedge to the right of the photo this little one moved into the light and struck a pose.
