“Last Man Standing”

Today I present the last photo that I shot of 2019. Which is a photo of the famed “Watchman” in Zion National Park, but not the typical shot of it. You see,I kinda have a problem with curiosity and have a hard time settling for the norm at places which doesn’t always pan out, but hey, what is winning with out loosing ( a lot) right!? So for example with this scene here instead of the standard bridge shot of the Watchman, I thought to myself “I wonder what it is like further up river?” So I took a walk into the unknown which led me to this location on a bluff overlooking the virgin river & the mountain where this scene presented itself to me after some time hanging around waiting & observing the landscape for the win. Another side effect of choosing to explore up river a bit was that I also ended up doing a lot of scouting in the area which ultimately led me to think up some photo ideas that were accomplished on my trip to the park this past fall. So my curiosity definitely paid itself off and some in this case I would say. Anyways,Have a wonderful day everyone and thanks for looking.” Today I present the last photo that I shot of 2019.
