The Canon EOS R5 and the recent EOS R3 have received most of the attention the last few years, but hidden behind them is the EOS R6, which offers a lot of the same features and advanced capabilities at a much more affordable price. This great video review takes a look at the sort of performance and image quality you can expect from the camera in practice.
Coming to you from Tyler Stalman, this excellent video review takes a look at the Canon EOS R6 mirrorless camera. Though the EOS R3 and EOS R5 generally get most of the fanfare, the EOS R6 is a highly capable camera, with many of the same features as the EOS R5 save for the high-resolution sensor and 8K raw video. That being said, most shooters do not need such extreme capabilities, and as such, saving money on the EOS R6 could be a good choice. In particular, beyond the cost savings, files from a 20-megapixel camera are definitely more manageable than those from a 45-megapixel body, and you still get most of the other advanced features from bodies like the EOS R5. Check out the video above for Stalman's full thoughts on the EOS R6.
