Took it at Sand Harbor Park in Tahoe on July 4th (Yes, in July and it was snowing on my way up there!) years ago. Park opened at 8:30AM while the lighting condition was not ideal since the Sun rose too high behind me... but with the help of a LEE Big Stopper (10 stops), I still got this 30 sec exposure shot which smooth out the wave (and hoped to make the clouds fly but didn't really get that since clouds moved really slow...). Basically, I took what I got on this one.
