When shooting that image, I did not expect such a big wave to hit the rocks because a couple of sets had already rolled in and all had been much smaller. This was my first phototrip with my sony a 7, and I almost drowned the camera right away. Luckily I grabbed the tripod and pulled it away just in time and got away with only a wet lens.
