If the water was cleaned up so it maintained a silky texture and a little more contrast was added this would be a solid 3. Good pic
I agree with Jorge. That one large piece of flotsam in particular could be clone stamped out and it would keep from being distracted by it. But if you could get all of them then this would be much "dreamier".
