Thats a great angle man, lots of depth, total fit with category and could totally see that on a wall in a New York City Apartment. If I could make one constructive criticism on the water is that it looks a little over touched specifically in the fore ground. Well done!
There is work in this image. In scouting the location, in timing the image, in setting up the camera just right. The processing is a little heavy for me especially on the sky. It takes me way from the pylons which I feel should be the focus point. But what a photo. 4 stars for you!
It feels too soft. I love the composition though.
