My first trip to the Palouse, and it was well worth it. I was heading out there during an intense storm that actually became tornado warned. Which if your from the northwest does not happen often. I paralleled the storm for the last two hours until I made it to where I took this image. As the storm was breaking the sun was able to peak through to reveal some amazing light.
