I've been experimenting combining different techniques with panoramic stitching. The first image is a somewhat traditional panorama, but it's one of my early attempts to shoot a pano with a shallow depth of field. The second image is a combination of slow shutter and panoramic stitching. The third is an extreme example of using shallow depth of field and panoramic stitching. These range from 30-50 single images to create the final, and the largest I've printed so far is 25x60 and I love the result. I was actually knee deep in the water with my tripod for all of these. The middle image was a challenge because it was right before a storm and the waves were very strong. Parts of that one are not quite as sharp as I really want them to be.
