I had been into composites since seeing the CTC with Josh Rossi and Lee. The time at home due to COVID really let me experiment (and learn from my mistakes) with green screen while most importantly, having tons of fun with my daughter. This is part of a personal series called "Becoming Bell," inspired by a period where she was really into the Tinkerbell movies.

Her images were composited onto mushrooms I photographed a year before in Alaska. Although this began as a home based project, I actually want to delve more into the genre of creative portraiture for clients in the future and this was an insightful first step.
