This contest gave me an idea and inspiration to composite an airplane window shot I took a couple years back (iPhone) and create an architectural interpretation of a cloud-formed cityscape. The window and and the lower range of clouds is real to the scene.
It took well over 20 prompts in DALL-E to get the shapes and styles I wanted as most of the early generated images were simply real buildings among the clouds. Afterward, I worked in Lr and Ps to blend, color match, and create shapes e.g., the arc on the left.
I'm not entering this image with the intention of winning anything of course, as I respect all of the real architectural photographers out there. Just something that helped me stretch my brain a little bit and have some fun in the process.
is that Heaven?
The ratings on this photo would suggest it's hell. Hehe, j/k - I didn't follow the rules at all it deserves what it has.
I guess architecture, in Heaven, is out of the picture!
I think it's 'world class'!
You have explained well, your expectations are noted, and you are not complaining about the results. Nice!
It may not get many 4 or 5-star ratings for this competition, but I will give you 5 razzle-dazzles for outside-of-the-plane, I mean box thinking!
P.S. The razzle-dazzle is made-up...just like the city in this image, and as such comes with no cash value!
Hah, I’ll take it, thanks Frank and the pun really lands.
might not fit the contest the best but man i love it
