The last shot.
I had my eye on this building for a while. As a real estate photographer i had driven by while it was under construction many times. I could tell as soon as it was completed it would make for some cool photos. One lucky day I happened to have some extra time at the Starbucks across the street. It was my one and only change. Its still there of course, but now it has a big ugly sign on one side. I used my a7m2 + 55mm f1/8 Zeiss lens to get this shot. Shot at f5.6 this allowed me to get plenty of sharpness and create the drama between the sharp details of this shot and the ethereal clouds above. The clouds definitely helped by pretending to be a lightning bolt at just the perfect angle.
