Love to take iconic places around the world with no people... so I got up at 4:00 am to make it here. Had to ask a police car to please move and they move with no problem. Luckily there was some wind and during the blue hour it gave me a picture that I really like. Shot it with a Nikon D750 at around 10 seconds.
