My wife and I visited my hometown of Queens, NYC as a birthday present to me. I wanted to show her some cool places...and get some photos. We taxied from Queens to Brooklyn. We got to the Bridge at about 8am and no one was one the bridge! (possibly due to the rain as well). I was able to capture a few shots just before a few tourists started to make their way across. We had a great time walking across the bridge in the rain with no rain coats or umbrellas. This was in May of 2021 and the forecast showed rain for only that weekend that we were there. Before and After our stay it was clear skies! Nikon D7100 and Sigma 10-20mm lens. ISO 100, 20mm, f5.6, 1/125 sec exposure.
