Captured this shot while on a family trip to Imperial Beach, San Diego. This was under the Imperial Beach Pier. We could not get in the water due to the high amounts of pollution but were able to walk along the beach. I captured this with my Nikon D7100 and Sigma 10-20mm 3.5 lens. ISO 100, 16mm ,F8, 4second exposure with an ND filter. I liked the black and white version better than color due to the contrasting "x" created from the pier's shadows.
