Captured this shot while on a family trip to Imperial Beach, San Diego. This is the Imperial Beach Pier. We could not get in the water due to the high amounts of pollution but were able to walk along the beach. We had been in another part of San Diego and was rushing back to Imperial Beach, trying to beat the sunset. I didn't make it to the pier before the sunset and as I was capturing what was left of the moment. A passer by saw me on the beach and started asking me questions about my camera. I was doing my best to get my tripod, camera and settings setup in the sand, while trying to politely answer all his questions. I captured this with my Nikon D7100 and Sigma 70-200mm 2.8 lens. ISO 100, 95mm ,F16, 8second exposure.

Congratulations to the winners!
The picture is nice but the horizon isn't straight and that pier perspective doesn't help
Thank you for the insight!
