This image was taken in Iceland in the geothermal area of Kerlingarfjöll. The steam that's coming out of the ground adds a nice texture and diffuses some light while the colors are vibrant.
I saw my friends walking up the hill, noticed the evenly distributed composition and took my shot.
This was taken on a Panasonic Lumix S1 with a Canon FD 135mm. My friends are out of focus slightly but I think it's still working out.
(I shoot all my pictures with manual focus since I'm more into filming, also the Canon FD series doesn't have autofocus)
according to EXIF
ISO 640
Shutter: 1/8000
Aperture: not sure but since shutter is that high probably wide open. (Resulting in a softer image by the Canon FD series, but I like having not everything super sharp)
