2.31 - "Needs Work"

This image of San Gimignano, Italy, was taken from our first real trip in 2012. We flew across the USA and the Atlantic Ocean and most of Western Europe, to get there. We were able to spend 22 days traveling most of the length of Italy and Sicily by train, auto, ferry and plane. A spectacular and beautiful country. We spent a week at the Agriturismo il Girasole that had this view of San Gimignano, from which we day tripped around Tuscany. We enjoyed Italy so much we went back for 17 more days in 2014, with less of the "shotgun" approach.
The image was captured with a Nikon Coolpix P510, a compact superzoom camera with a non-interchangeable lens capable of 42x zoom. Settings were: 33mm, f/4.6, 1/500 sec., and ISO 100. I used Capture One 23 to do a basic edit with the sliders and crop.

A side note:
One of the statues from Anthony Gormley - Another Time, can be seen standing on top of the third tower from the right if you can zoom in that far to see it.
