This is from hike up Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales. It's not the most exciting of mountains and I always find it hard to get a reasonable photo. This was taken with my Nikon Z50 when the neighbouring peak of Corn Du was obscured by passing cloud. Shot in RAW and edited to taste with some minor colour and contrast adjustments, finally a grad mask was added to the sky. Why this is one of my best photos of 2024? I guess this photo says a lot about my photography, it's OK.
