This image shows the contrast between the typical old two story row houses and the modern high-rises that are build everywhere since the countries rapid modernization after it's colonial past. This particular image was taken in the neighborhood little India during a summer lay over in Singapore.

The image was taking with a canon 5 mark II with a 17-40mm lens attached set a 17mm. I blended multiple exposures to get all the details from the highlights.
