I don't get out for photography much these days with 2 small children to look after. So when the opportunity to work in Perth for 2 weeks by myself came along, I dusted off the 12 year old Canon 5d mkIII and made the most of some sunrises. I took this shot without my usual tripod and filters and just propped up the camera on some rocks with my phone under the lens to get the height just right. The sky was cloudless for the entire 2 weeks with the exception of this morning. A little colour in the sky about half an hour before the sun rose. The reflection was done in post as the wind made the Swan River a little choppy, and I like this kind of cityscape look.
