Australian Emerald. This species does at times hover for a few seconds making in flight capture a reasonable chance. Which is well and good given they have the most amazing eyes. Their eyes don't just reflect light they re-transmit it depending on the angle and surroundings. Sometimes bright green, sometimes deep blue and sometimes with a touch of magenta. With iridescent stripes on the body and a green and gold tail they are the most colorful Dragonfly I have found.
