These young fellows were having a blast participating in the "Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo, Philippines. This is the sort of photos I like to produce. Diane Arbus, Martin Parr, I know they are revered, however you will never see any sour, vinegar soaked images from me. I leave the misery to others.
