During a visit to Hiroshima last year, our self designed walking tour included the not overly attractive modern replica of the city's castle. We came across a wedding group entering a small courtyard with the bride, groom and officiants dressed in traditional "Shinto" wedding attire. As this part of our tour came immediately after visiting the "A Bomb Center" it was a joy to be able to unobtrusively photograph the wedding ceremony and capture the bride in a private and serene moment. A lovely contrast to the prior stop.
