Focus Stacking to create MACRO Landscapes

Hello!

I've become obsessed with focus stacking and the possibilities it brings. I've never had enough money to travel to exotic places, and during COVID I could only go to my backyard. So, I've done my best to find macro landscapes and capture them through focus stacking.

This is a "cliff" of cup lichen and other tiny mosses. This is 120 photos stacked together. How could I make this more effective, or look like a full size landscape?

Thank you!

Cool pic. I like the idea of the cliff, but feel this composition isn't helping to sell the feeling of a full sized landscape. I like where you're going with it, and the stack came out great. If you have any more examples I would love to see them.

I think that the bright spots, where the sun's rays come in through the trees, are a giveaway that this is not a full scale landscape ...
Maybe add an artificial light source from the left, so the lighting is more even ?

Nice picture though !
