Fog rolls into the rain forest as Monkeys, Jaguars, and other jungle animals make eerie sounds. This is a daunting experience that I wish you can experience from a photograph.
This is near the Poa Volcano in Costa Rica where the temperatures change greatly with the sulfur enriched fog and wind. The colors are produced by the Volcano winds, sulfur, and temperature variations .. IMO ..

Yes .. Sulfur stinks and is yellow. But it’s seldom like this .. very unique because of swirling wind and fog. It was unusual and the jungle animal sounds were incredible.. very loud and imposing ..
We also did zip line thru this forest and Wild Monkeys were very close and loud.
I can't even imagine. I'd probably so absorbed with the visual experience I'd forget to film it! This is my favorite shot of yours. Really well done.

I know. Someone yesterday went through my portfolio and 2-ed every image and never left a comment. If I don't like something in someone's portfolio, I just don't rate it. I give 4/5 or nothing. I don't understand the trolling. It isn't like this is a competition. Ug.

By the way .. the fog was so thick at the caldron we could not see inside and this pic was on our way down the mountain
