Marriners View

Located in the Otway Ranges in Melbourne, Australia, this is a little waterfall compare to the neighbouring waterfalls.
However the walk to this little gem feels like entering into another dimension.
You'll walk through overgrown blackberries track, cross a number of streams and crawling over mossy coated fallen trees to have this view all to yourself is the reward.
Hope you like it.

Well, it's literally beyond Paradise, isn't it? Great job, Danny! I've been wanting to go back to Marriner's for a while. Is the track "officially" open? It's been closed for a few years.

Thanks heaps Chris! I dont think the track will be open in the near future as the trees are quite susceptible to the wind.
It's fairly safe to go when wind is minimal but best to avoid when its windy as you would with any other falls in the area :)

Beautiful shot Danny! You captured the ethereal nature of this place with your treatment of the falls and the misty sky. For me, the foreground colours are just a little too bright and slightly detract from the mystical quality of the overall space. But hey, it's all so subjective 😉!
