Hey everyone, not long had my DSLR and picked up the Canon 55-250mm STM lens last week. Took it out on a walk to see what it could do a couple of days ago, and I was pretty happy with what I got. Same with the shot of the moon, something I’d never had a go at before! With the shot of the Magpie in flight though I was disappointed that it wasn’t quite in focus, and this was the best of the 4 shot burst. Hopefully that will come with practice. AF servo mode was on with single point focus, but I think my panning wasn’t that smooth and I missed the target on a few.
