Very nice, that is such an eerie place to look at, almost surreal. Such a vast view and a difficult one to take it all in. I shot one from the view point looking toward the Bonneville track area. Beautiful.

I note that your image comes up as a 1.1MB, 1500 X1000 pixel image - far larger than many others, with more detail. Would you kindly mind saying whether you posted a large file? I note that you can post up to 20MB images on FS, and wondered whether that leads to larger files for viewers. (I don't think what is uploaded is the file viewers get.)

Chris, not really sure what you are getting at. In photoshop I did edit and picture size then cut the size down to 1600x1whatever it is and saved to a jpeg then uploaded it to the site
