Secret Blooming

I have been forced to get most of my images from the same stretch of green-way along a stream that runs near our neighborhood. Along most of the bike path that runs through it there is thick canopy and some of the best light comes mid-afternoon when only slices of sunshine are making it through to the rows of marsh grass and wildflowers. I got this shot as a very lucky ray of light lit up a flower just starting to pop open.
