i like it. Personally I think that I would increase the saturation in the clouds. Also I think that the timing was off on the tide. looks like it is coming in and a couple of seconds later it would have been going out. Just my opinion and your opinion is the one that counts.
Nice, subtle job, Cody. A refreshing change from spectacular, obviously tropical Hawaii (not that there's anything wrong with that). Good composition, and combination of colours & textures. Feels like it must have been a pleasant evening's photography!
I'd be inclined to have some more mid-tone contrast with a gentle S in Curves, bring out more of the interesting textures at left in the rocks & trees, and in the rocks generally, brushing on a little increase in exposure and contrast. The Curves adjustment boosts saturation a little, in line with John's suggestion.
I'm surprised to be suggesting such changes on FS, where garish colours and contrast often make me want to go exactly the opposite way. I'd rather your understatement than overstatement any day.
