Midwest landscapes can be subtle, but some of our mills and springs are breathtaking. This was the last of fall color in the area a couple weeks ago in southern MO.
One of the more detailed and experimental edits I've done. I was very happy with the composition, the reflection of the mill and trees, the balance between the mill and outgoing spring and tree, but it lacked atmosphere as you can see in the RAW photo.
